Tell us what you need. We'll tell you straight.
A few questions so we understand the project properly — then a real answer from someone who has done this before.
Every enquiry, not an inbox filter.
Including whether we're the right fit.
Then a written scope and a fixed quote.

Quote questions, answered.
It depends on scope, and anyone quoting a figure before understanding your project is guessing. What drives cost most: the number of unique page templates, whether content is written from scratch, integrations with your CRM or ERP, ecommerce complexity, and whether you need bilingual. We give a fixed quote after a scoping call — never an hourly estimate that drifts.
A typical B2B marketing site runs 8–14 weeks from kickoff to launch. Ecommerce builds and migrations usually run longer. The biggest variable is content — projects where content is ready move considerably faster.
The form is usually enough for a first reply. For a fixed quote we'll want a sense of your page count, any integrations, whether content exists, and your target launch date. If you have a brief or RFP, attach it — it saves a round of questions.

Yes — roughly half our work is with clients across Canada and the US we've never met in person. The process is built for remote collaboration, with structured reviews and a shared staging environment.
Normal starting point. Choose "Not sure yet" and describe the problem rather than the solution — working out what the right project actually is forms a large part of discovery.
